Yogurt
Learn how to make healthy, chocolate yogurt.
Ingredients are:
– 12 oz. Greek Yogurt.
– 1 Teaspoon of Cocoa Powder
– 1 Tablespoon of Honey
Step 1: Measure out in a container 4 tablespoons of non-fat plain Greek Yogurt.
Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of honey
Step 3: Add 3 teaspoons of Hershey’s dark chocolate Cocoa. ‘You can use any flavor you want, but dark chocolate is my favorite’
Step 4: Stir well. ‘You can also add nuts (walnuts, etc.) or shredded coconut for more texture.
Step 5: Eat immediately or put in the freezer for a frozen treat later.
